All sessions are held virtually by video or phone.

Sliding Scale

If finances are a barrier to you accessing counselling, please reach out to find out about my sliding scale rates. 

Insurance Coverage

Most extended health benefit plans cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please check what services, professional designations, and amounts your insurer covers prior to your first session. You will be provided with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

Payments

Accepted methods of payment are e-transfer (preferred) and credit card. Payments are due before the appointment.

Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged half the session fee. This policy extends to clients whose fees are paid by third parties that do not cover late cancellations or missed appointments.
